At lock screen, pattern password, does not show connecting lines from dots but vibrates over dots. Also, Google play app major network problems.

I am a 4 month user and loved it at the start. I recently had to factory reset because of glitches.
-background changes randomly upon restart when settings are for a fixed wallpaper only. Not other apps that change it.
-my AT&T go phone account is active and up to date. Renew Nov. 3. Cannot download anything from Google play, b4, or after reset. Download loop when the "connection timed out" doesn't pop up.

I need your feedback now. I have 1 app I mainly use GOW Fire Age. I can't play anymore. I can talk, text, search web.
