Yesterday at 7PM, I went to the restaurant "ichibanya" in the National Taiwan University There were several groups waiting outside the restaurant. Inside, 1/3 of the tables were empty, uncleaned, the restaurant was generally dirty. A person, obviously the manager receives us in a bad mood and told us to waiting because there was already a large queue ... I told my friend to look at the state of the restaurant, dirty, empty, poorly managed. The waitress obviously understood my French, hurried to clean a table and asked us to sit there (other guests were still outside ...). At the table I ask a fried chicken fillet not too fried, making sure that it would not look like a dry biscuit as what we had had before in this same branch of coco ichibanya. Usually I have no problem when I ask this in your other coco ichibanya branches. The waitress arrived with the dishes, the chicken of my friend was not too fried and mine unfortunately was more fried than usual ... I asked to change it ... The waitress showed she was unhappy and even tell my friend that his chicken filet was less fried because it was not the same product (what the surprise, we ordered the same item (fried chiken) but the results were totally different …)
She finally accepted to change it (after having argued around 5 minutes!) and when she came back with the new item, it was drier!!! Then I understood that it wasn’t a coincidence … And I asked my friend to take the name of the waitress when he can. But it seemed that as she understood French, she has never appeared again in the restaurant, to escape from her responsibility while leaving the restaurant still dirty and poorly managed ... WOW great sense of responsabilities !!! But it was not the most incredible of that meal !! When we Leaved the restaurant, the cooker was near the kitchen’s door and looked at me with a big smile ...seemed that he was trying to play a joke on me, I felt that the horrible dinner was made intentionally. And we left ... Totally incredible … Did you like the feeling ? So now it’s my time to play with you …
I expect a serious explanation that justifies what had happened last night. I also expect that for having spent a crappy meal in your restaurant, it would be better that your restaurant know to express for victim some compensations. I plan to return soon in this same restaurant, if any weird thing happen again, It will be my pleasure to react more firmly. This restaurant is your shame and I'll do everything I can help you to improve it even if I have to do it without you.
