研究发现:煤沥青与石油沥青混合调配的煤-石油基沥青,其综合性能,比单一沥青更为优异,表现为:与石料的黏附性能更好,较低的摊铺和压实温度,更强的抗侵蚀性能,较大的路面摩擦系数等。然而对煤沥青改性石油沥青的研究主要集中在实验方法,而且初步研究表明,改性沥青的性质与煤沥青的添加比例及粒度大小等有一定关系,即存在某种函数关系,或数学关系,因此希望结合数学建模的方法对该改性过程进行分析,这种方法鲜有报道。
本研究在结合以往研究的基础上,在一定的调配工艺下,研究了煤沥青不同添加比例及粒径大小对混合沥青三大指标(软化点、延度及针入度)的影响,建立煤沥青添加比例、粒径大小和混合沥青性能指标的二维关系。对实验所得数据进行进一步处理分析,以煤沥青的比例、粒度以及混合沥青的路用性能作为三个变量,将实验数据空间化,运用Gauss2D函数将空间三维散点拟合成三维曲面,并整理出函数关系。接着对模型进行多项式特定简化,利用Matlab对方程组进行求解分析。根据求解的结果,对调整工艺参数或改性过程进行了分析讨论。
