Dear Trevor,Liangchi local has already checked Sand filter Pump on 4-Dec-19, no any leakage appear on Sand filter pump. Maybe this is old issue that Owner informed us.Please kindly ask vendor to provide photo report and provide confirmation/response on Defect Notification no. DN-1-017 to close this issue within 16-Dec-19.
