54.8 The Service Provider shall onl

54.8 The Service Provider shall only not be in breach of this Agreement if and to the extent:
54.8.1 the Service Provider's non performance results directly from a failure of the Customer to comply with its responsibilities as set out in the RACI Matrix or results from a Force Majeure Event ("Relief Event");
54.8.2 the Service Provider uses all reasonable endeavours to mitigate the Relief Event and to perform the Services notwithstanding the Relief Event; and
54.8.3 the Service Provider notifies the Customer as soon as the Service Provider becomes aware of the Relief Event via a notice in the format specified in Annex 10 (Relief Notice).
