wanted to be healthy, so I decided to take a walk in Philam Park before I went to work.
On the first morning, I got out of bed and put on my sports clothes. Then I got into my car and drove off to the park. On the way , I set a goal for myself---I must finish 10 rounds before I went to work.
After arriving at the park, I got out of the car. The air was nice and clean. I took a deep breath (深呼吸). Then I joined the people there and started my exercise.
At first, I was enjoying every step (步). However, on my 5 th round, I felt tired and thirsty. I wanted to give up and have a good rest on the ground. As the idea was fighting with my plan, I looked around. (A) moving, many, saw, old, still, I ,people, on. Some of them even had difficulty walking. They took small steps with a cane (手杖).
Moved by the men and women whom I walked with that morning, I finished my exercies.
We often make plans in our life. Sometimes we may meet lots of difficulties. (B) If we keep on, we ’ll reach (到达) the goal in the end, no mat
