In a pan melt the butter , when hot place in your duck Flame with white curaçao Remove duck to hot platter and keep it hot Add honey , half peach and duck sauce into pan Reduce , then add cream Place your duck back into the pan Coat the duck frequently with the sauce for about 30 seconds Remove duck from pan and place it on the dinner plate with the peach on top of the duck . Coat the duck with the hot sauce .
