Once the preliminary inspection finished, the CONTRACTOR shall adjust, repair, remedy and consummate the work and make it to be perfect according to the comments and instructions from the Owner and Consultant. The preliminary acceptance and handover shall be conducted only after the completion of rectification by CONTRACTOR and re-inspection, satisfaction, approval, and acceptance by the Owner and Consultant.
