Dear May:Last night I had dinner with Mr.Yang.He told me that he feels like he’s getting the runaround. Our staff didn’t do what he desired and his toilet still isn't been fixed by our staff. Our staffs were reluctant to service him. He felt frustrated about our staff’s services. To make a long story short, he had much complained about our company.I assured him that I will figure it out.We need to make sure our staff give him the service he wants and be more forthcoming.
