15.4 Any notices or correspondence are required to be given hereunder if such notice or correspondences are sent to the address as specified above. If the address is changed, the parties should send notice to the other party within 7 days from the date of changing. If any letter, notice, document or other correspondence is returned to sender, it shall be considered properly received
