With regards to the oil stability indices, the levels of free fatty acids for both oils (natural and lycopene-enriched) were lower than those (0.89, 0.96 and 0.94% oleic acid) found by Khattab and Zeitoun (2013)in Egyptian linseed oil obtained by three different extraction methods(Soxhlet using hexane, supercritical CO2 and accelerated solvent, respectively).
