I would like to inform you about a quite negative experience I have had before the summer holidays with Mr. Maraggelis of the Athenian Marble Company.



I placed him an order of Thassos Extra and Black Belgium with specific instructions regarding quality and delivery time. However, I received a completely different marble of a very poor quality and nature. Thus, the marble arrived later indeed than expected.



After various promises of replacement which were never fulfilled and not being able to wait longer, I had to fabricate the pieces here in Italy, obviously at a higher cost causing further delay with the delivery to the client’s jobsite.



I have written to this person to tell him about his shameful behavioiur. I have also advised him that I would have sent this letter to all the exhibitors at the Verona fair, to his bank, the Greek consulate and the Chamber of Commerce so that everyone could know the moral values of Mr. Maraggelis who is certainly not trustworthy. He has just ignored my words.
