Abstract: in order to study the chemical composition and structure of bamboo and the influence of the chemical composition and structure on the further enzymatic hydrolysis of NaOH+, this paper selects six years old bamboo from Hangzhou, Zhejiang. A total of four different treatment methods, the analysis showed that after the treatment of bamboo cellulose content respectively by the original 38.5% to 46.5%, 47.7% and 54.4%, 47.2% and 46.7%. Semi cellulose from the original 20% to 23%, 24.2% and 54.4%, 24.3% and 23.5%. While lignin content decreased from 27.1% to 17.8%, 18.3%, 17.4%, 18.5%. X-ray diffraction analysis found that treatment of bamboo crystallinity increased, the infrared spectrum analysis showed that part of the intermolecular hydrogen bond breaking, more conducive to improving the efficiency of enzymatic hydrolysis of bamboo, was observed by the scanning electron microscope, the fiber bundle surface cracks and holes was significantly increased after treatment and in cellulose enzyme solution in the experiment, we found that pre 1%NaOH+5mg/gAQ processing bamboo 0.5 hour of reducing sugar hydrolysis rate increased the most.Key words: bamboo NaOH+, enzymatic hydrolysis, enzymatic hydrolysis, xylanase, xylanase
