Thanks for the update, unfortunately, this is very upset from our point of view. According to that Settlement Agreement, the agreed amount should be arranged (US$76,000) within two weeks of signing the agreement. Etrovision has signed and present the agreement on Oct. 1, and the attorney from XTS has also confirmed that our signed agreement was received on Oct. 6 according to the earlier phone conversation between you and I. Based on this schedule, Etrovision is expecting to get this issued solved (money received) before the end of Oct.
To this end, can you please kindly assist Etrovision to talk to the attorney again to speed up their payment arrangement? Your great assistance will be highly appreciated.

Through our efforts to speak with the attorney, they will have the wire done by this week and she will email us the wire confirmation number when it is done.
This will be resolved before the end of October.

A quick update. The payment of US$76,000 from XTS is arrived our bank account today without any problem.
Thus, we shall be able to work on Coface internal process for the balance accordingly from now on so can get this whole issue solved ASAP.
