Tried the received HMI as is (with old DMC cable) and got the following error:
Communication Error
PLC2 Time-Out
Screen No: 1
Received Code No:

Tried with new DMC cable and got the following error:
Communication Error
PLC2 Time-Out
Screen No: 1
Received Code No:

Replaced the DMC with the spare unit we have and got the following error with either of the DMC cables:
Communication Error
PLC2 Error Code received
Screen No: 1
Received Code No: 15

All test were done multiple times with the suggest time delay, retires and power cycles but got the same results as listed above. It seems that the spare DMC we have is not set the same as it is giving a setup error and the original DMC on the tool is bad whereas the cable maybe fine.

Please send me a quote for a DMC, if possible please ship the new DMC in the interest of the time difference and I will get a PO in the meantime.
