针对季节性冻土路基施工中的关键技术和难点,本课题有针对性地进行试验、分析研究。总体研究路线为:搜集国内外相关资料-室内试验-现场试验研究-施工技术总结-综合分析。主要研究内容为:
(1)路基填料室内抗冻性试验。对路基填料微观结构进行分析;对不同含水率、不同含泥量及不同压实度下的路基填料的冻胀量进行分析,找出路基填料中掺入的细料的塑性与冻胀性的关系;并对路基填料冻融试验前后强度变化进行分析。
(2)路基填料现场试验。主要对地温进行测试,确定冻深;对路堤冻胀及融沉变形进行观测,对路基压力变化进行观测。
(3)对客运专线路基的成套施工技术进行总结,重点介绍施工中的难点及解决方案,特别对路基抗冻胀融化措施和地基处理措施进行分析。针对在施工过程中,经过一个冻融循环后如何保证施工质量开展研究,提出保证路基抗冻性能的技术措施。
