Primary objectives include, but are not limited to:
• Develop brand/product business and marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics, delivering value added results through superior execution.
• Translate overall project objectives into specific work group priorities and coordinate with inter-functional areas to ensure project progress to completion.
• Accepts personal responsibility for the delivery of the strategic and tactical marketing plans and is held accountable for the delivery of results to the overall performance of the business.
• Continually assesses the impact of the marketing plan to ascertain areas which need modification and take action on these to ensure success of the overall plan.
• Comprehensively analyses the influences on our business in order to assess the optimum commercial solution.
• Identifies and cultivates key opinion leaders for working with now and in the future in a variety of our programs. Looks for and actions mutual long term benefits in our relationships with KOLs.
• Takes the broader business perspective into account when making decisions. Works with a multidisciplinary team of people to ensure that decisions made are correct. Knows when to seek assistance from senior management.
• Sound planning skills are essential for developing successful strategic and tactical marketing plans including the development of appropriate contingency plans on an ongoing basis.Description
