As a guidline, apart from presenting your proposal, please:

- Report your intent, improvement and impact.
- Assess the probable effort vs the expected outcome.
- Tell us if the project addresses the cause or the effect, surface problems or root problems
- And finally, whether the method should be for solving Wicked Problems or Tame Problems.
