When the control and study groups were compared initially there was no difference between the groups regarding habitual head tilt, neck lateral flexion and rotation and MFS parameters (p > 0.05). After six weeks of treatment there were significant differences between CG and SG in habitual head tilt (p = 0.001), neck rotation (p = 0.001) in favor of the SG.
