3.1 The Seller shall be entitled at any time to add, replace or delete any product model from the Products list contained in Enclosure 1, provided always that in such event the Seller.
a) shall give to the Distributor a prior 60 (Sixty) days written notice, and
b) shall deliver to the Distributor updated technical information and marketing material for such additional or replacing Products.
