I am very happy to find out that all the “news” are false. I was very upset when I got that news and I wanted to find the truth direct from you and Mr.Sun.
As I mentioned in my previous mail, all my plans for 2017 are based on a close cooperation with you.
I don’t have any designers left and I will try to explain you what kind of modifications we need to do to the existing tank in order to be able to install the TPC.
Also if you can do now, is to make the tank shorter with at least two more inches (50 mm).
I hope to send you the directions by the end of this week.
Next week I will be in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania to thee the ship which we have to convert to dual fuel if we will win the bid. There are only two companies which are selected: Blu and another one which I don’t know. The results of the bid will be announced by the end of this year.
Also, by the end of the year we will know how many trucks out of 42 will get the money to pay for their conversion.

I was informed that Mr.Hou is not with SMART any longer and I would like to know if this is true. If he left the company, who is now in charge with the tank production?
Who do I have to contact in the future with all engineering related issues? I hope that my information is false and we can continue to work as before.
