3.8 Fabric/Upholstery Components
3.8.1 Poor stitching quality (including, but not limited to, open seams, crooked
stitching, obvious repairs, needle holes) will not be considered acceptable.
3.8.2 Color irregularities, including but not limited to, panel to panel shading, poor
coordination of fabric and trim or poor match between fabric and visible thread
will not be considered acceptable.
3.8.3 Poor distribution of fill or inadequate or poor quality fill which results in lumpy
or uneven appearance, insufficient cushioning, or noticeable loss of loft will
not be considered acceptable.
3.8.4 Additionally, Fabric/Upholstery Components must meet the requirements of
Appendix A of this manual.
