As to your opinion on Torx recess series, yes, that is right and been complained from the market for a long time. Based on that conditions we think no matter the users worked on difficult circumstance and might not be aligned to the screws with vertical position, or the skill labors might not have more patients on their movement to fix it, so the Torx parts gradually loss the market. The our idea for CJ-Lobes is we make multiple tapers of vanes of recess to instead of straight angle type, that innovation would help and lead labors movement from non proper positions go into straight position with alignment to the screws, with this function could help the work become much faster, also providing more strength while fastening process.
The priority concern for Auto Feed Drive system is that drives must to align with the screws, but usually the drives always difficult to get straight into the part, and due to this improper action would occurred vibration and makes the part jump out while the operation. Therefore, with our special design of CJ-Lobes would much prevent that kind problems, also with it’s multiple tapers on vanes would be make it more tighter while the drives insert to recess ( you been tested it at our plant on last trip). After drill drive performance test found that CJ-Lobes can be saved 25% of the drive times in performance compared to the other currently types in the market including Torx items too.
Thanks for your information for special Passivated of Stainless Steel 410. We heard that news nearly a month before, and we been checked to plating company about what kind of industrial chemical materials does can be afforded 100H SST and without red rust, so far still no result yet, Sorry. The materials SS410 and Passivated process we used now it is not possible to against with 100H SST.
It’s about couple years ago in Taiwan there is an company developed a kind of special formula to against SST 100H, but after poison test that appeared positive reactions of toxic, at moment there is nobody try to use that kind of Passivated in Taiwan (environmental protection concerned) . I am very interest to knowing what kind of chemical materials (non-toxic) used in U.S.A. Possible to get more details from them about this new technology. Thank You.
