(2009), competence has its core in the legitimacy stemming from the knowledge and skills of the actors involved. The authors Strahorn et al. (2015)defined it as the history of the capacity to deliver results and the author Hartman (2003)explains that the answer to the question:"Will you be able to do the job?", will establish the level of competence trust.
