We bought a TV 4 months ago already. Until this day we still haven't received it, nor our money back. Customer Service is only responding that they filed a complaint/ report to their dispatcher (DHL) and because of the problem between DHL and Computer universe, we have to wait for a solution.. and wait for our money back...
I wrote an email (resend it multiple times) to the managing directors since they state Best Choice - Best Service is there companies goal.. Unfortunately they don't even reply..
