1) Is it insulated to be both warm in the winter and to keep the plumbing from freezing? (Many cottages like this on the Cape to not have year-round insulation and get shut down for the winter months. The cottage next door in the pictures (brown wood) has likely been rebuilt and is well insulated.)
2) How many of the other cottages in the immediate neighborhood are year-round? If you are the only year-round person, you may feel very isolated there.
3) In the winter, who is responsible for snow removal (plowing) the road into the camp area? (If we have heavy snow, you wouldn't want to have to shovel your way out.)
4) Is there a washer and dryer in the cottage? (It's so small there might not be a washer and dryer in the cottage and a laundromat may be about 3 miles away.)
5) Will you have access to a car? The cottage is about 5 miles away from the high school and 2 1/2 miles from a large grocery store.
