丹洲古镇保护与旅游开发研究
摘 要
随着经济的发展，人们对旅游消费的需求日益扩大。自二十世纪八十年代以来，古镇旅游发展方兴未艾。古镇以其独特的历史文化资源和自然风光，给游客深刻的文化体验感。古镇旅游一方面使古镇历史建筑及其文化遗存得到有效保护，另一方面古镇旅游使地区资源得到有效配置，带动区域经济发展。
丹洲地处桂西北，素有三江南大门之称，是珠江水系上游重要的水源涵养地。丹洲古镇建置历史源远流长，文化积淀深厚，民族历史苍古，特色鲜明，自然风光崎丽。丹洲古镇1591年至1952年曾是三江县的县衙所在地，从明朝万历年至今，已有400多年历史，至今仍有明朝古县衙、古城墙、东门、北门、粤闽会馆、丹洲书院、明清民居等明末清初建筑，有很深的文化底蕴，很具旅游开发潜力。
本文从分析国内外古镇保护与旅游开发趋势入手，着力比较分析广西现在建设较好的三大知名古镇黄姚古镇、扬美古镇和大圩古镇，并总结建设经验与启示。研究以调查分析洲岛地理位置、明朝古县邑历史建筑及文化遗存、民族民俗文化、自然风光等特色资源，并对其进行分类评价，指出丹洲古镇保护与开发过程中存在的问题。根据丹洲资源特色提出保护的依据和原则，分别从整治规划设计，整体保护古镇；整修建筑空间形态，保护古镇空间肌理；修复历史建筑，维护原真性；增强古镇宜居性，传承民族民俗文化；发展旅游，保护传统农业方面对古镇保护进行深入的研究。在保护的基础上提出了古镇旅游开发的思路、原则和目标，分别从整合旅游资源，完善旅游线路；完善设施，提升旅游服务功能；实现产业融合，建设美丽丹洲；以游客参与性为导向，开发旅游项目；加大宣传，扩大融资渠道；强化管理提高旅游开发服务水平六个方面进行旅游开发研究。最后对研究成果进行归纳总结，并对未来研究方向做了说明。

The basis and principle of protection is proposed on the basis of the Dan Zhou resources characteristics, respectively from renovation planning and design of, whole town protection; renovation construction space form, space texture of ancient town protection; restoring historic buildings, the maintenance of authenticity; and enhance the livable Town, ethnic folk cultural heritage; tourism development, protect traditional agriculture in-depth study on the protection of ancient town.On the basis of protection, the paper puts forward the ideas, principles and objectives of the ancient town tourism development, from the integration of tourism resources, improve the tourism line, perfect facilities, improve the tourism service function, realize the industrial integration, build the beautiful Dan Chau, develop tourism projects, increase the publicity, expand financing channels, strengthen management and improve the level of tourism development services.
