摘要
目的 本课题研究岗梅根药渣中剩余的总皂苷，对其进行提取研究，进行定性和定量分析，优选提取总皂苷的最佳工艺条件。
方法 1水浴提取方法；2超声提取方法；3快速溶剂萃取方法。以齐墩果酸为对照品，采用比色法测定总皂苷的含量，研究这三种提取方法和不同体积分数溶剂以及不同提取时间对提取率的影响。
结果 以50%的乙醇为溶剂，回流提取2h为最优提取条件，其总皂苷含量是最高的，总皂苷含量为1.44%。
结论 岗梅根药渣中还有可观的总皂苷，总皂苷的用途广泛，在现代医药领域中占据的重要的地位，具有开发研究的价值。

Abstract the purpose of this total saponins of residual
