UNCHAINING TONIGHT

On my way to Taichung, two hours away, to help this boy start a new life. He's currently chained outside with no shelter from the elements. It's raining there now.

Many thanks to Michael, who spotted the neglected dog and has talked the owner into relinquishing him into his care.

I'm going there because the dog may be quite difficult to handle— and because I love being part of rescues like this. :)
