Interest Period means each 12 month

Interest Period means each 12 month period starting from the date of the Advance and if the date of repayment of the Investment Money is not at the end of an Interest Period, the period from the day immediately after the last day of the preceding Interest Period and ending on the date of repayment of the Investment Money;
