GST activities as well as RS levels induced by 6-OHDA
in the striatum of mice. Thus, our study demonstrated
that exercise may protect against this neurotoxic
mechanism of 6-OHDA on cellular redox state of the
brain by an increase in antioxidant enzymes such as
GST, GPx and GR.
