We only can deliver to private persons with a complete itemization; that means first and last name of the person as well as the identical order- and delivery address in Germany. Deliveries to Logistic- and packing-stations are not possible.

In case you already paid, we will send the money back to your account automatically. So you don’t have to ask for re-payment.

If the situation with the delivery capacity will change to good, orders with payment up front will be preferred.
