I'm writing to complaint about bad service of ONE TWO THREE RESTAURANT. Last weekend was my best friend birthday. She very love seafood, so I went to search openrice website on the internet, I saw ONE TWO THREE RESTAURANT website, this restaurant had many different seafood let me felt interest, then I phone the restaurant to book this Friday 13 May at 8 pm, and remind I will bring birthday cake to celebrate my friend birthday, the company staff said okay, and this Friday morning will called me again for confirmed booking. Friday I'm wait a long time, still haven't receive the restaurant confirmed call, so I called the restaurant to confirm my booking, but the restaurant staff reply about I haven't booking of Friday 13 May at 8pm, then I'm felt very unhappy told her I still wanted booking at night.
At night as soon as we sat down, a waiter non-stop to recommended many set dinner to us, but total was over one thousand five hundred dollars, then I said could you wait a few minutes, let us to discuss please? After a period we ordered cold seafood platter, tapas, seafood soup, and steak. The seafood platter came first, it didn't look fresh, then my friend ate oysters, but she felt very pain of the throat because the oysters had some shell, then I told the staff about this accident, and remind be carefully. But the staff only said to us, 'OH', then he go away. Finally we finished the dinner, I told the staff, I had birthday cake kept in the restaurant, could you help me to prepare? Wait a minutes later the staff said, 'other staff maybe wrong take your birthday cake to other customers.' the moment I'm felt unbelievable, then told to the manager, he said to us, 'if you had any problem, you could complaint our restaurant.' then we paid my bill, leave this restaurant.
Finally I feel very disappointed about service of your restaurant. I want your restaurant staff say sorry to me , and give me a reason about oysters accident. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. Please contact me at 2222 2222 in this month.
