• do not disturb (DND) (Shankar and Balasubramanian, 2009), i.e. register your mobile number for DND services because of mobile marketing campaign;• ignore/delete, i.e. ignore to receive the calls or messages or delete messages sent to the companies in your cell phone;• time pass, i.e. receive it as a time pass;• provide wrong information, i.e. provide wrong information of your profile to respond mobile marketing campaign;• harass to telemarketing callers, i.e. to harass the telemarketing callers/executives to respond their mobile marketing initiatives; and• abuse to telemarketing callers, i.e. to abuse the telemarketing people to respond their mobile marketing campaign.
