12. GRIEVANCE
The grievance procedure of the company is designed to ensure that all employees receive fair and equal treatment. If at any time employee feels he has been treated unfairly, you have the right to discuss according to the grievance procedure. The grievance procedure is as follows:
1. The employee should first approach his immediate supervisor.
2. If the matter unsolved, the matter should be brought to the attention of the Department Head that will come to a conclusion.
3. If the same matter without conclusion after referring to Department Heard, the matter will be referred to the Human Resources Manager who will consider the matter with fairness and report to the General Manager for final decision.
4. If the matter cannot be solved internally, it shall be referred to the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare for consideration according to the Law and regulations of Lao PDR.
