§ 6 COMPLAINTS
1. The Seller is obliged to provide HAXE only Goods (referred § 1. 2) free from materials defects, workmanship and construction defects and ensures smooth operation of Goods over a period of 24 months from the date of sale.
2. HAXE is obliged to inform the Seller about defects of supplied Goods within no more than 30 days since any defect becomes known to HAXE.
3. Detailed rules of complaints (including shipping samples of defective products) will depend on specific circumstances, but HAXE has the right to receive non-defective product or refund of the paid price at the latest within 90 days from the date of filing the complaint.
4. The cost of returning defective Goods will be covered by the Seller, while HAXE is responsible for delivery of new Goods (without defects) from the Seller to HAXE.
