【摘 要】：20世纪70年代末期以来，美国国际集团财务管理出现了不断国际化的发展趋势，这主要表现为财务管理部门更多的是从国际范围来考虑公司的投资、融资和资本管理问题，并将因此而产生的风险作为财务管理和决策的重要内容。在美国国际集团财务管理的不断国际化中，一个十分重要的问题就是如何对因此产生的汇率风险进行管理。自然对冲、现金管理及内部会计调整、国际融资、货币市场套期保值是当前美国国际集团管理汇率风险的四种主要方法，但在具体的应用中，不同的方法所针对的情况各不相同，比较有效的方式是将四种方法结合起来使用。
