Objective to investigate the clinical characteristics and pathological changes of placenta in patients with pregnancy induced cholestasis (lCP), and to improve the understanding of ICP, and to guide the treatment. Methods to collect the clinical and pathological data of patients with ICP in our hospital from December 2013 to January 2012, and to analyze the clinical and pathological data of placenta. Results 5191 pregnant women, 176 cases of pregnant women in accordance with ICP diagnostic criteria, the average incidence rate of 3.39%, 28.41%, 6.82%, 80.11%, 30, ICP, 25, 46.59%, 48.86%, 37 weeks after birth,There were significant differences in the changes of the six indicators of the pathological changes of the placenta in the case group and the normal group (P<0.05), while the 37 weeks and 40 weeks of pregnancy were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion the local area is a high risk area of ICP, the high risk age is 30 to 33 years old, and the high risk period is 25 to 37 weeks, the ICP patient's placenta is over mature and aging, which is the pathological basis of intrauterine fetal asphyxia and death.
