大專校院為高等教育人才培育的的重要場域，然近年來畢業生畢業後進入職場，卻發現學校所學與職場所需有落差情況，導致學用之間不相稱的情況，本研究旨在探究畢業生畢業後進入職場學用相符情況，並以國立臺東大學2018年畢業後1、3、5年就業流向追蹤調查之畢業生為研究對象，除瞭解畢業年數、性別、學院別、學門是否對學用相符有差異情況，並探討影響畢業生學用相符之相關因素，研究發現專業相符、工作滿意、證照、學院別等為影響學用相符之重要因素，解釋力並達43%的變異量。關鍵詞：學用相符、就業流向、學用落差

Colleges and universities are important fields for the cultivation of talents in higher education. However, in recent years, when graduates enter the workplace after graduation, it is found that there is a gap between what they have learned and what they need in the workplace, which leads to the mismatch between learning and using. This study aims to explore the correspondence between learning and using when they enter the workplace after graduation, and to trace the employment flow in the first, third and fifth years after graduation of national Taidong University in 2018 Graduates are the research objects. In addition to the understanding of the differences in the number of years of graduation, gender, college type, and academic subjects, and exploring the relevant factors that affect the consistency of learning and using of graduates, the research finds that professional consistency, job satisfaction, license, college type are important factors that affect the consistency of learning and using, and the explanatory power reaches 43% variation.
