Wenn wir einen Vetrag mit Yunann Freedom hätten würden wir ihn ohne weiteres unterschreiben und erfüllen und auch davon ausgehen, dass YF diesen erfüllt.
Warum wir davon ausgehen sollen, dass alles schiefgeht, wenn YF eine Garantie abgibt, die Verpflichtungen von Wah uns gegenüber zu übernehmen entzieht sich meiner Logik…
