I hope things are well in China.

I've have recently received this order, it took longer than usual because the parcels got stuck in the customs.

There is one problem with the order. I've asked to send 24 foils (French grip, size 2) - to match the masks and the jackets. However instead of the foils you've sent electric foil blades in size 2. Unfortunately I do not need the size 2 electric blades. I do need the complete non-electric foils though!

I could send the blades back but I've already paid for them and paid the tax here in the UK, plus there will be the postage cost.

I'm going to place another order with you shortly but I'd like to know first what would you suggest to do about this issue.
