As VIP Support, you were allowed access to personal contact numbers and email addresses of VIP customers as part of your Job Description with the mandate that these integral information should not be released to co-employees and more so to other individuals outside of the Company. Divulging these confidential information are not only violative of the Company Code of Conduct but also violates the privacy rights of the Customers and considered as a breach of the contract entered into by the Company and its Client.
