After selection of suitable experimental conditions, the next stepconsisted in the establishment of calibration curves for TB quantifica-tion on the miniaturized BDDE using the DPV and SWV procedures withthe optimized instrumental parameters. The DP and SW voltammo-grams recorded at different TB concentrations and the respective graphsof calibration curves are shown inFig. 5A and B. The whole analyticalperformance evaluation is given inTable 1. From the results in thistable it can be stated that the very similar analytical features towardsTB sensing were achieved for both pulse techniques. This statementmay be supported by the sensitivity values (ca. 0.07μA/μM), the similarlinear concentration range (0.99–54.5μM) and comparable LOD values(0.42 and 0.51μM for DPV and SWV procedure, respectively). Takingthis fact into account, both pulse techniques were applied for the fur-ther voltammetric measurements related to real sample analysis.
