Once the chemical composition reached eutectic point,microstructure of cladding layer transformed into fine lamellar eutectic structure. As shown in Fig. 4a, the eutectic cells at the bottom of cladding layer were formed without any inside cores. This is because the dissolution of WC particles at bottom of cladding layer was lower. The concentration of solute atoms was
insufficient for carbides nucleation.

一旦化学成分达到共晶点，熔覆层的显微组织转变为精细的片层共晶组织。如图4a所示，在熔覆层底部的共晶细胞无内芯形成。这是因为在熔覆层底部的碳化钨颗粒的溶解是较低的。溶质原子浓度碳化物核不足。
