My home made BBQ sauce. My son loves it. My friends say I should sell them. Do I need to check with Food Safe first, if it's just the sauce with no meat? And how do I package them? Zip lock bags? Jars? Where do I order empty jars? I use all fresh ingredients it probably will only last for few day in the refrigerator and if you freeze it probably will last 2 weeks the most, I think.
Anyone who tasted my BBQ sauce before what do you think? Should I sell it, would people buy them? Any feedbacks?
