The ultrasonic range finder is designed by the following: 1 by using 8 bit MCU STC89C52RC as the main controller; the 2 uses the CD4069 push-pull circuit of double power supply a 15V/5V switch design of the ultrasonic generating circuit module; the 3 selection of the ultrasonic CX20106A infrared receiving integrated chip consists of receiving circuit module, the realization of echo the signal amplifying and filtering function; the 4 is used to measure the air temperature DS18B20 temperature sensor, temperature compensation on the measurement results; 5 using LCD1602 as the data display module, display the measured distance value and the current temperature value of 6; the design of a keyboard module, in order to realize the basic switch machine and the measurement result correction function.
