通过分析当前国内关于超声测距仪的各种设计方案,利用“proteus 8软件”对主要电路进行仿真并优化设计,对目前已有方案进行组合和改进,本文最终提出了一种新的超声测距仪的设计方案。该超声测距仪采用了以下的设计方式:1. 选用了8位单片机STC89C52RC作为主控制器;2. 使用了一个15V/5V可切换的双电源供电的CD4069推挽电路设计了超声波发生电路模块;3. 选用CX20106A红外接收集成芯片组成的超声接收电路模块,实现了对回波信号的放大和滤波等功能;4. 采用DS18B20测温传感器对空气温度进行测量,对测量结果进行温度补偿;5. 使用LCD1602作为数据显示模块,显示测得的距离值和当前气温值;6. 设计了一个键盘模块,以实现基本的开关机和测量结果校正功能。同时,本项目还设计了与硬件相配套的软件程序,进行了原理图和PCB板的绘制。
利用本超声测距仪进行测量,测距范围大致在0.4m~9m,测量精度为0.01m。

By analyzing the current internally on a variety of ultrasonic distance measurement instrument's design, the use of "Proteus 8 software" simulation and optimization design of the main circuits, there are combination and improvement programme, the paper puts forward a new design of ultrasonic range finder. The design of ultrasonic range finder using the following method: 1. 8-bit microcontroller STC89C52RC is chosen as the primary controller 2. Uses a 15V/5V switchable dual supply CD4069, a push-pull circuit design of the ultrasonic generator module; 3. Selection CX20106A infrared receiver integrated circuit consisting of ultrasonic receiver modules, realized the return signal amplification and filtering function; 4. Using the DS18B20 temperature sensor to measure air temperature, temperature compensation of the measurement results, 5. Use LCD1602 as data display, shows the measured distance and the current temperature value; 6. A keyboard is designed to achieve basic switch machines and measurement results correction function. Meanwhile, the project is designed with hardware support of the software program for drawing of schematics and PCB boards.Using ultrasonic distance meter for measuring range approximately 0.4m~9m, measuring accuracy 0.01m.Key words: ultrasonic echo signal-chip temperature compensation

Through the analysis of the current domestic about the ultrasonic range finder design scheme, using 8 Proteus Software Simulation and optimization design of the main circuit, the existing scheme of combining and improved. Finally, this paper proposed the design plan of a kind of new ultrasonic range finder. The ultrasonic range finder is designed by the following: 1 by using 8 bit MCU STC89C52RC as the main controller; the 2 uses the CD4069 push-pull circuit of double power supply a 15V/5V switch design of the ultrasonic generating circuit module; the 3 selection of the ultrasonic CX20106A infrared receiving integrated chip consists of receiving circuit module, the realization of echo the signal amplifying and filtering function; the 4 is used to measure the air temperature DS18B20 temperature sensor, temperature compensation on the measurement results; 5 using LCD1602 as the data display module, display the measured distance value and the current temperature value of 6; the design of a keyboard module, in order to realize the basic switch machine and the measurement result correction function.
