Autodesk License Certificate Terms and Conditions
This Autodesk License Certificate is designed solely to confirm the number and type of license(s) of the specific
Autodesk Software Product identified above (“Software”) purchased by Customer. Receipt by Customer of this
Autodesk License Certificate does not include the right to receive media containing Software object code or
documentation. Customer must legally acquire the Software package which includes the media containing the
Software object code. Customer’s use of the Software is governed by the applicable Autodesk software license
agreement included with, or incorporated in, the Software. The terms of such Autodesk software license
agreement are incorporated herein by reference.
In the event that Customer changes the number of licenses of the Software under the Serial Number set forth
above, this Autodesk License Certificate shall automatically terminate. Customer may request a revised Autodesk
License Certificate reflecting such change.
Autodesk accepts no liability for issuing an Autodesk License Certificate which may incorrectly state Customer’s
Maximum Concurrent Authorized Users. If Customer’s Maximum Concurrent Authorized Users is incorrectly
stated on this Autodesk License Certificate, Customer shall inform Autodesk in writing, and subject to
confirmation by Autodesk, as Autodesk may reasonably require, Autodesk shall issue an amended Autodesk
License Certificate to Customer stating the Maximum Concurrent Authorized Users. This Autodesk License
Certificate shall automatically terminate in the event of termination of the applicable Autodesk software license
agreement for any reason.
ANY TAMPERING WITH THIS AUTODESK LICENSE CERTIFICATE SHALL RENDER BOTH THE AUTODESK
LICENSE CERTIFICATE, AND SOFTWARE LICENSE(S) CONFIRMED BY THIS AUTODESK LICENSE
CERTIFICATE, TERMINATED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.

歐特克接受發出Autodesk許可證書可能錯誤地客戶不承擔任何責任
最大並發用戶的認可。如果客戶的最大並發授權用戶錯誤地
在此Autodesk許可證書指出，客戶應以書面形式通知歐特克，並受
由Autodesk確認，如Autodesk可以合理要求，歐特克應當出具經修訂的Autodesk
授權證書客戶說明的最大並發授權用戶。這Autodesk許可
證書應在適用的Autodesk軟件許可終止時自動終止
以任何理由協議。
任何篡改此Autodesk許可證證書應當給予雙方AUTODESK
許可證證書，並確認此Autodesk許可軟件許可（S）
證書，即日起終止。
