經過這次的實習,我體會到飯店業其實沒有我想得輕鬆,可能看起來工作在一個光鮮亮麗的環境裡,但是飯店的規則跟管理是非常嚴格的,對於所有的細節都是要非常完美的,因為我們是五星級的飯店,必須讓顧客得到五星級的服務,讓顧客覺得他們花了高價得到的都是應有的服務。
