The elevator is a high-rise building extremely important transportation tools, often used for vertical transport passengers and cargo. Our traditional elevator control system use the relay, contactor to control, there are a lot of shortcomings, mainly is the contact, high failure rate, poor reliability, maintenance workload big, etc., and composed of PLC control system can well solve the above-mentioned problems, the operation more safe, convenient and comfortable. This paper used PLC hardware interface technology and kingview software development technology to realize three layer elevator simulation control. In this paper the greatest characteristic is can be very intuitive see elevator is how to work, can through the kingview software simulation run test their programming of right and wrong, thus to improve so far to meet the design requirements. This paper puts forward three layer elevator LPC control system overall design scheme, design process, composition, list the main hardware circuit, in the analysis, processing random signal logic relationship was proposed based on kingview programming method, design a complete set of elevator control system scheme.
