本文针对一套地源热泵空调系统、水蓄能系统和太阳能系统相结合为建筑区域供冷供暖，并提供生活热水的综合系统，提出采用可编程控制器（PLC）与组态软件开发的SCADA系统（数据采集与监视控制系统）配套的控制方案，采集设备运行及气候补偿参数，结合数据分析、视频监测、远程监控等方式实现本系统的控制功能，达到节能的目的，实现无人值守情况下系统的正常运行，降低系统的运行成本和管理成本。
